Melissa spoke at several trial attorney conferences this year including a conference in Somerset, NJ where she spoke about effective methods for trial preparation and shared tips on selecting a fair and impartial jury so as to put the case in the best position for success at trial. Melissa was once again invited to speak at the 2018 NJAJ annual trial attorney 3-day conference in Atlantic City, NJ. There, she shared a checklist of the most important tasks to complete during litigation. Additionally, she shared extra steps to take in order to maximize the full potential of a case. During that conference, Melissa also served as the co-chair of the Women Litigators’ Luncheon. The Women Trial Lawyers Caucus of NJ presented the luncheon.
