Anthony J. Medori is an experienced personal injury attorney and a Partner in the law firm.  He concentrates on all aspects of personal injury law including automobile crashes, products liability, construction accidents, medical and nursing home negligence and slip and fall accidents. Anthony is regularly in court handling or assisting on trials, arguing motions and appearing before judges on settlement conferences and case management conferences.

Mr. Medori has exceptional attention to detail and has earned a reputation as a skilled negotiator at the settlement table. This includes his recent settlements of $900,000 in a construction injury case, $815,000 in a dram shop case, $725,000 in a legal malpractice case and $670,000 in a car accident case involving a pedestrian. When he is not in court, Anthony is conducting depositions, drafting motions and advancing his cases toward settlement, mediation or trial. Anthony’s last trial was a highly disputed premises liability action in Monmouth County where the defense held an absolute no-pay position throughout litigation. After three trial days of Anthony presenting his case to the jury, the defense wished to enter into settlement discussions, with the case ultimately settling for $275,000. Prior to that trial, Anthony obtained a jury verdict in a low-impact, minimal damage automobile crash case in Camden County that was so much higher than the defendant’s offer that the Court ordered the defense to pay our legal fees and costs. When not in court, Anthony is a frequent lecturer for the National Business Institute and New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education where he regularly teaches advanced litigation strategies to other lawyers. His articles have been published in the New Jersey Law Journal and the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Product Liability newsletter, including “Knowing and Preparing for New Jersey’s Successor Liability”. He is an active member of the Burlington and Camden County Bar Associations and the New Jersey Association of Justice. Mr. Medori has also been consistently included in the Top 40 Under 40 attorney list for New Jersey by The National Trial Lawyers, a designation conferred on 40 lawyers in each region of the State of New Jersey. He is admitted to practice law in all State and Federal Courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

In his spare time, Anthony enjoys playing golf, tennis, basketball and soccer. He is an avid Philadelphia sports fan and resides in South Jersey with his wife.
