Christina M. Rossetti concentrates her practice on a broad range of personal injury litigation matters, with a focus on legal research and writing, appellate practice, and pre-trial discovery. Her daily activities keep her involved in all of the firm’s cases and includes interviewing prospective clients, filing complaints, answering written discovery, conducting depositions, filing and responding to motions, preparing arbitration and mediation statements as well as assisting in trial strategy decisions and jury selection.

Ms. Rossetti is a former judicial law clerk to the Honorable Michael J. Haas, J.AD. in New Jersey’s Appellate Division. While working for Judge Haas, Christina extensively researched and analyzed a wide variety of legal issues in order to make recommendations on proposed rulings to a three-judge panel. Her clerkship also involved the drafting and editing of judicial opinions and rulings. During her tenure at the Appellate Division, Ms. Rossetti’s research encompassed almost every significant legal issue in the practice of civil trial law and personal injury litigation.

Ms. Rossetti’s understanding and insight with the innerworkings of the judicial system runs deep and has brought her in contact with a wide variety of judicial venues. Prior to her Appellate Clerkship, Christina was a judicial intern for the Honorable Joel M. Schneider, U.S.M.J. in the Federal District Court of New Jersey where she honed her skills on federal practice and procedure. Prior to that, Ms. Rossetti worked for the Honorable W. Todd Miller in Superior Court of New Jersey, Atlantic County where she gained valuable knowledge of our state court judicial system and its practices and procedures.

Ms. Rossetti graduated cum laude from Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law. A Dean’s Merit Scholarship recipient and Editor-in-Chief of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal, her Case Note, Merriam-Webster’s Unexpected Impact on the Environment: An Analysis of Justice Kavanaugh’s Mexichem Fluor, Inc. v. EPA, was selected for publication in the journal’s 30th issue. Christina was also recipient of the Reverend Joseph Ullman Award, an award given for only the highest levels of academic achievement.  Before attending law school, Christina graduated from Saint Joseph’s University as a psychology major with a clinical concentration and a Spanish minor. While there, she discovered her passion for volunteering and serving her community. She has served with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, and Saint Joseph’s University ELS Language Center.

Christina is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and is a member of the Camden and Burlington County Bar Associations and the New Jersey Association for Justice. She resides in Haddon Township, New Jersey with her dog Leo.
