Melissa M. Baxter is a graduate of Rutgers University Law School in Camden, New Jersey.  Melissa concentrates her practice on all aspects of personal injury law and was a key contributor in some of the law firms biggest settlements and cases in the past several years.  She appears regularly in court on jury trials, case management conferences, motion practice, arbitrations and settlement conferences.  When Melissa is not in court, she is conducting discovery on the her cases including depositions, document review, exhibit formulation and trial preparation.  She most recently obtained a jury verdict of $660,000 in Gloucester County, which was almost 100 times the defendant’s pre-trial settlement offer.  Melissa is currently licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York. Melissa is an active member of the Burlington and Camden County Bar Associations, the Asian Pacific American Lawyers Association of New Jersey and the American Association for Justice.  Prior to attending law school, Melissa studied Journalism at the University of Maryland where she excelled as a scholar athlete in track and field. An avid runner, Melissa resides in Philadelphia with her husband.
