Mark Caira is of Counsel to Rossetti & DeVoto, PC. Mr. Caira focuses his legal practice exclusively on New Jersey workers’ compensation claims. He is a former law clerk to the Honorable Samuel G. DeSimone, A.J.S.C., and in the past has worked at two prominent South Jersey law firms where he was responsible for the management and handling of the firms’ workers’ compensation claims.

Mr. Caira is board certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Workers’ Compensation Law attorney. Mr. Caira has successfully tried numerous workers’ compensation trials and motions, and recently had a significant workers’ compensation judgment upheld on appeal. Mr. Caira is a former member of the New Jersey Supreme Court’s District IIIB Ethics Board, where he served as an investigator and then the Committee’s Chair. He is a member of the New Jersey State, Camden and Burlington County Bar Associations. Mr. Caira lives in South Jersey with his wife and children.
